Gallbladder pain: is USUALLY epigastric and right upper quadrant, after fatty meals, and last 6-8 hours. Liver pain is USUALLY more diffuse in right upper quadrant and lower chest, constant, and not related to meals. But frequently it is impossible to tell the difference.
