GAS!: Even a gas bubble can cause significant pain in the area where the liver and gallbladder are. The large intestine curves right under the liver and gas bubbles often "get stuck" there because of our normal anatomy and gravity. The most important thing is to get checked if the pain worsens or won't go away. We'd rather tell you it's gas than have you sit home with something more serious.
