How can i treat a congested heart?

CHF: I assume you're saying congestive heart failure. You need a diagnosis of the problem and its cause and then you need a physician to treat you appropriately which includes giving you an understanding of what's going on.

Mainstays of CHF Rx: Rx for CHF include (1) keeping the blood pressure low, (2) diuretics or water pills to avoid volume overload, (3) avoiding heavy exertion or anything which taxes the heart, (4) regular follow-up with a cardiologist for testing & weight monitoring, (5) controlling salt in diet. Talk to a cardiologist to see if anything can be reversed or fixed that adds to CHF; CHF, in general, is not reversibile.
