Very likely: It is not exactly clear to me what you mean that you are congested all the time. If the problem is that you are short of breath are weak fatigued dizzy lightheaded or are filling up with fluid in your legs or in other places, you need to see your doctor as soon as possible. I would suggest a follow-up visit as soon as possible in any case and have a review of the medication that you're taking .
