Lifestyle: The average Japanese diet contains about 25% less calories than that eaten by Americans. Portions are often much smaller wi samplings of a variety of foods. There is ample use of fish, soy, vegetables, seaweed, fruit, noodles / rice & green tea. Japanese often take more time over a meal. They tend to walk or cycle as opposed to driving everywhere.
