Yes: Dental decay can effect your appearance in a negative way, your breathe would be aweful making people shy away from you, your broken teeth would make eating difficult to impossible, you could be in pain all the time and so you'd have a short fuse...so yes, decay can make one's lifestyle a real downer! The solution is to see your dentist regularly and fix what's broken early while it's simple.
