Don't do it: If you are thinking of harming yourself, go to the emergency room or if you feel out of control, call 911. Paracetamol will have you very, very sick and miserable for several days. You can find something better than death anywhere. Of people who've tried to end their lives and failed, 99% are glad, one year later, that they failed.
