Class C category: Class c means use with caution if benefits outweight risks. Animal studies show risk and human study not available/not done. It is secreted in breast milk so safer alternative is recommended. There are safer med for BP control during pregnancy, but may not be appropriate for everyone..So, consult your doc..Good luck.
