~5 half-lives: In general, we estimate that it takes 5 half-lives for something to get out of your system. Half-life is time necessary for level to drop by 50%. After 2nd half-life, only 25% remains. After 3rd, just 12.5%. After 4th, just 6.25% and after 5th, barely 3.125%. Half-life of Abilify (aripiprazole) is 75-146hrs so you're looking at 2-4wks roughly to get out of your system.
