Depends: The half life (t1/2) for Abilify (aripiprazole) is 75 hours for certain individials. Abliify's removal is dependent on what are called cytochrome p450s (cyps)). Specific cyps for Abilify (aripiprazole) if in large amounts can give you the 75 hr half life. Those with less of the cyp may have a t1/2 up to 46 days. You cannot change this by "flushing" yourself with large amounts of water or any other home remedy.
