If only screening: test, without confirmatory tests, there are MANY false positives, particularly for amphetamines. Every cold medicine and diet pill has a chemical structure very similar to amphetamines, and can give a false positive on the dipstick or instant tests. Confirmatory tests MUST be done if testing is part of a legal system, but you may need a lawyer to argue your case. See if there is appeal process.
