Don't understand ?: How could a person feel, or how DO they feel? And high and drunk aren't the same thing. When people are intoxicated on alcohol or sedatives (like xanax, (alprazolam) barbiturates etc.) they are disinhiibted, so it depends on what is underneath. If angry, then that will come out, if sad - they will get sadder, if happy - they get giddy and stupid. High is different for opiates, Cocaine or weed, depends on drug
