Sleep and nutrition: It's important for your overall health that you get good sleep. Talk to a physician about designing a sleep program for you. This may or may not include medication. As for the skin itself, you can try moisturizing / anti-aging creams. Alternatively, you can inject PRP (platelet rich plasma) to rejuvenate the facial skin giving it a younger appearance. This may be combined with microneedling

Perimenopausal: First I would try to find out the cause of your insomnia. If you are perimenopausal then I love the supplement Perimenopausal AM-PM, which relieves night sweats and help with insomnia. If there are other causes, then without improving your sleep habits, you may not find great results with improving your aging skin. In general lasers, topicals, microneedling can all improve aging skin.
