No knee pain: When you squat, you should push your hips backwards as if you are about to sit on the toilet. Your knees should be over your ankles and not over your toes. You should keep your chest up throughout this movement and push your knees out as you squat. This will help to keep your knees over your ankles and prevent knee pain.
