Hypertension: I'm wondering if you have had a really good physical exam to rule out a specifically treatable cause of your hypertension. If not, do that. Then, do exactly what your doctor tells you to, while working on your lifestyle factors that could be the root cause or contributing to your hypertension. Attain your ideal weight, manage your stress, treat any sleep apnea, take magnesium, exercise.
