can you tell me how caffeine affect the kidneys?

Dr. W. james Chon

Caffeine & Kidneys: Caffeine has a diuretic effect (i.e. it will make you urinate). A moderate intake of caffeine (less than 3-4 cups per day) does not increase the risk of kidney diseases.
