Caffeine will not be absorbed through your skin.

You would not absorb any caffeine from coffee spilled on your skin. You absorb caffeine through your digestive tract, not through your epidermidis. Good luck.

Caffeine cannot be absorbed through your skin. I would worry more about a burn to the skin from hot coffee than absorption of caffeine.
