6 MONTH OLD CONGESTE: This seel like more of a nasal congestion and noises in the back can be conducted sound from throat and nose.As long as baby is not wheezing or having difficulty in breathing or feeding problem, all you can do is use saline drops and gentle suction with a bulb syringe following that.
