Leg cramp: check your electrolytes as well as your kidney and thyroid function, check blood supply to legs, avoid injury to muscle (overuse of muscle and hard exercises can cause cramp), make sure you don't sit or sleep on a hard surface for long period of time, stay hydrated, med (statin, depression pills can cause cramp) see your provider. you can try Tonic water with quinine 8oz at night.
