Very poor :-(: I assume you mean URETEROVAGINAL fistulas which, together with vesicovaginal type, are perhaps the most feared complications of female pelvic surgery. It is a communication between the distal ureter and the vagina where urine bypasses the bladder and flows into the vagina, resulting in continuous leaking from the vagina. This leaking has many emotional, physical, social and sexual penalties .
