See your doctor: Anal fistulas can be caussed from the cysts forming abscesses. May be assocaited with various bowel diseases such as crohn's colitis or diverticulitis. Other causes - rectal/anal trauma, suppressed immune system from a variety of conditions, infections, std's, and even cancer. See you doctor for a proper evaluation.
