How can i identify immunity to tb?

Born in US?: If you were born in this country then you have probably never had the BCG vaccine in which case a PPD skin test can determine if you have ever been exposed but a chest x ray can tell us if you have the disease in the lung. The BCG vaccine has variable effectiveness as far as conferring immunity to TB.
