See your doctor: You need to see your doctor to discuss and evaluate this concern. It could be gynecomastia, which not uncommon during puberty for adolescent boys. This is swelling of the breast tissue and usually gets better without treatment if mild. Without a complete history & physical exam, this is only speculation.
