Hydrogen Peroxide: 6 to 10% hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) may be used to bleach hair. 90% H2O2 is used industrially. Hydrogen peroxide is no longer recommended for wound care. Food grade (35%)” hydrogen peroxide has been touted as treatment for many things (HIV, Diabetes Mellitus, arthritis, shingles, warts, etc.). There is no medical evidence to support those claims – so don't do it.
