Hydrogen peroxide: “Food grade” hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) contains 35% H2O2. It should not be taken internally (exception - may be highly diluted H2O2). USP hydrogen is usually 3%.

Not much: Not much, it is used to clean breast feeding implements, pumps, etc. I would think taking too much of anything is bad for you, but people use it to gargle with, then spit it out, but i'm sure still swallow some.
