In many ways.: Nonspecific question. Cardiovascular means the heart and the artery-vein system of the body. You need this system to pump blood to your organs. If it doesn't work well, different organs can suffer from lack of oxygen and die. It can cause Heart attacks, strokes, circulation problems, and weakness if heart doesn't work well.
