How do i manage a bipolar breakdown?

Emergency situation: Mixed bipolar disorder increases suicidality. Usually patients become very depressed after being manic. You should seek help immediately. Medications are critical. Zyprexa, seroquel and Abilify (aripiprazole) can be used. You should have a mood stabilizer as well (lamicatal). Avoid illicit drugs, excessive caffeine and alcohol. You will need to sleep as well.
