Possibly: Bipolar disorder is difficult to diagnose, and you need to see your personal physician. It is worrisome that these spells have caused you to harm yourself. This is a serious symptom and you really need further evaluation. Stay safe.

Do u have anger prob: Hello, violent outburts and breakdowns may be harmful. Any history of abuse? Do you harm yourself to point where you bleed? Decide to "stop doing what I am doing to myself, so i can be happy as the other students" , try to be happy consistently but not pretending to be happy..

Maybe: With "violent breakdowns" that are causing you to self harm yourself, you really need to see your doctor and get the proper diagnosis and treatment that can help you best. God bless and good luck.

Violent: Wondering if u have history of traumatic experiences, or family history of mood disorders. Need evaluation to rule out borderline personality disorder & counseling to manage it.
