Nerve pain: No. The pain that you describe is more likely coming from a pinched nerve in the lumbar spine (sciatica) or inflammation in the sacroiliac joint. See a neurosurgeon to evaluate and treat the pain.

Possible: However more likely to come from your injury Nerve block would have given shooting pain at the time of procedure.One month later it is likely progression to your original insult. May need to see a properly qualified pain doctor. Should not waist time. Evaluation and appropriate treatment is what you need.
