See your doctor: Increased volume of hearing called hyperacusis and photophobia can be caused by a number of dieases, everything from hypertension, medication, minor head injury, migraine, TMJ joint problems, seizure disorder, Meniere's disease and a host of neurologic disorders. See your doctor for a physical. You may need a neurologist and an ophthalmologist. Good luck to you.
