See a dentist : Porcelain crowns are incredibly durable and can last for years. The reasonable lifespan for crown is between 5-15 years. Any dental crown that has failed should be evaluated by a dentist. Only your dentist can make crown replacement treatment determination, and only after he/she have had an opportunity to evaluate your specific situation.
