What is the treatment for cll (stage one)? neck lymph are larger than normal, one dr. said removal of the lymph and chemo, another one said do nothing

Some options: CLL in early stages(Stage-1) typically does not require treatment. yet it needs to be monitored to see if it is static or progressive into stages 2,3,4. If it is progressive, then further treatment is required. You should find a good doctor(internist or Medical oncologist) who can supervise your care and guide you further in the future.
