See : Your doctor for full work up. Make sure not something else. Thyroid disease etc. full out other causes and this will help with treatment

Full medical W/U: I see you have/had a problem with bleeding. has this recurred? BP for orthostatic drop needs to be checked. EKG ,r/o se of meds, result of sonogram? r/o POTS disease, thyroid, GI bleed. Any alcohol involved and if so how much etc? Family Hx ? Any recent trauma ? Any hx of bulimia or other eating disorder? Complete blood work, cbc, electrolytes, Amylase, thyroid, U/A & r/o UTI just to start! ASAP!
