How does benadryl help kids with a fever along with tylenol (acetaminophen) ?

It Doesn't: Benedryl is a potent antihistamine and has no effect on fever . Tylenol (acetaminophen) alone is recommended to treat fevers.If anything benedryl will make your child sleepy but i don't recommend using it on a routine basis for sleep.
