Sore throat : It sounds like you have pharyngitis or a 'sore throat'. If you've just had a medical procedure done, it's important to check in with the doctor/team that did that. They may have a very good idea as to 'why' you have those symptoms now. If the pain is really that bad, probably you need a professional to look into the back of your throat. You wouldn't want to ignore Strep throat, Mono etc.
