Find out why: Rather than taking a sleeping pill, especially if a chronic problem.. Why not find out why. It could be anxiety, an early sign of depression, a sleep disorder.. Or any number of reasons. I would start w a check up and if all ok.. See a mental health professional to help you figure it out.

Sleeping aids: Since sleep is a natural physiological need of the body, you need to consider if your inability to sleep a temporary result from a stressful situation or is long term. If it is the formal, working to resolve the issue will benefit more. If it is latter, you should see a professional sleep expert for long term care. in the meantime try Ambien (zolpidem) for short term relief. Happy zzzzzz's
