Dental visit: That is a very strange location for a canker sore. I would visit a dentist for xrays and exam to diagnose and treat the problem.

Canker sore: A canker sore will heal in about 10 days. You do not Need to do anything. If this is not a canker sore but an infection around a wisdom tooth it will not heal and may get worse.

A cancer sore: In that location is very odd you could have food trapped or other problem brewing. It would be best to visit the dentist and make sure you don't have an infection or other problem

Canker sore: Nothing cures canker sores or prevents recurrence. However, many over the counter antiseptic and pain-relief medications can ameliorate pain, prevent infection and promote healing.
