No risk : There is absolutely no risk of catching HIV from this unlikely scenario. I would however be happy to give you more specifics if you care to share why you feel you are at risk and how you 'accidentally' swallowed blood.

Not likely: Thats a good question. If the amount is small, say from a cut or from gums..it should not be enough to overcome the mucosal lining to be infective. As long as you didn't have any breaks in your gut lining you should be just fine.
