Help, i can't sleep because of broken leg with no cast. anything i can take?

You can support the: Leg with a brace. Immobilization is key. You can use towels wrapped around your leg and something as simple as a broomstick on the inside and outside of your leg wrapped with a bandage to hold he leg still. Ice NSAIDs and Tylenol (acetaminophen) will also help.

If broken U need ...: immobilization, so C and orthopedist. if U already R, get a second opinion. also no NSAIDS as they inhibit the inflammatory response which is essential for the healing process.
