Please get help for your addiction, seek help from Narcotics Anonymous and talk to a counselor experienced with addictions. If you cannot breathe right now, then have a friend or relative drive you to the emergency room, or call 911.

Define "can't": If the issue is confined to the nose, use your mouth and see an ENT when convenient. If you are having difficulty with the whole breathing issue, go to the ER or contact 911. Although this is a prescription medication, it is by definition a dangerous drug.Snorting ritalin (methylphenidate) makes as much sense as hitting your head with an axe. You might think you can control it but the effect can be fatal.
