No: Brain tumors whether benign such as meningioma or even the more aggressive tumors such as glioblastoma remain confined to the brain. Even the most aggressive tumor will not breakthrough the cribriform plate to enter the nasal cavity. Here lesions arise in nasal mucosa or are from sinuses
