No: However, it can be a matter of opinion that the person is not impaired. Functional and experiential symptoms are not like lab results or imaging. Opinions can vary. But schizophrenia is serious enough in it's impact that it ought to have a high degree of agreement. Best!

Have a physical exam by a Dr. to know if you have a physical illness.
