Tomotherapy lymphoma: Tomotherapy is a method of delivering radiation therapy. Tomotherapy may be used for IMRT in lymphoma radiation. Not all lymphomas need to be treated with imrt. In addition, imrt does not have to be done by Tomotherapy. More importantly is the radiation oncologist following the involved nodal recommendations for therapy rather then the machine
