Tomotherapy: I am sorry to hear of your mother's illness. I don't really know of organizations that would pay for your mother's medical bills. If the tomotherapy is deemed medically indicated - see if this is a form of treatment that her insurance company would cover. If she is literally end -stage and in the process of dying - starting a new treatment might not be indicated. Take care.
