Interaction: using them together can cause your diltiazem level to decrease. discuss with your pcp and if your BP is well controlled MAYBE you can add a little st johns wort and see if it goes up. another option would be to choose an antidepressant medication that has no interaction. st johns wort can be effective but its hard to know if you are getting the same dose each time...
