Natural whole food: Most babies are on table food by 12 months and take 3meals plus a couple of snacks and milk 2-3 times a day. The best diet for a baby is food that "looks like it did when it came out of the ground, " in other words, as natural and unprocessed as possible. Meats, cheese and unsweetened yogurt are also good.
