Need follow-up: Isolated PACs are not generally concerning but an elevated resting HR over time may eventually cause problems by increasing the workload of the heart. I would avoid unnecessary stimulants (e.g. caffeine, decongestants, smoking, etc.) and try cardiovascular conditioning with a regular exercise routine. Continue to follow with your doctor. Might consider medical treatment if it continues or worsens.
