Please clarify: Please clarify whether you are pregnant again for the third time. I am not sure if you are looking to terminate the pregnancy. See a Provider and talk about your options. A better way to handle an unwanted pregnancy is adoption. You could get financial assistance for this if you are willing to go the apotions route.

Not clear: I m not sure what your question is , I need more information to answer this question , if you are asking that can we avoid C-section for the second baby because of financial reasons , it really depends on what was the indication for the C-section initially
