Should be checked: At 24 I would be surprised if you have anything severe if you were 60 I would consider something like Parkinson's. The best thing to do would see a neurologist. When giving the history make sure to include everything you find including all medications, any recreational medications and history of when it started and if it ever subsides. Best wishes

Could be serious.: This is an unusual complaint which will need a good neurologic exam. May just be a benign essential tremor or a sensory paresthesia related to a peripheral nerve, but could also represent an ataxia or even a Parkinsonian syndrome. See your doc.
