What are causes and treatments for reactive lymphadenopathy of the neck?

Reactive: Reactive lymphadenopathy is commonly referred to enlarged lymph nodes secondary to a different cause- most likely infection, allergies, trauma, sometimes drugs. It is not a disease of the lymph node. The treatment is generally directed towards its cause, if found.
